Park Hosts are the face of TreeTop Adventures. Park hosts welcome guests, assist with the registration processes and make sure climbers have everything they need to begin their adventure!
Trail Monitors are the eyes and ears of the TreeTop Adventures Course. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that each guest has an enjoyable, memorable and safe experience.
Supervisors ensure that each guest has an enjoyable, memorable and safe TreeTop Adventure. Supervisors both perform Trail Monitor duties and supervise Trail Monitors in the Park.
The Park Host Position is the primary customer service position and serves as the face of the TreeTop Adventures Park. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that all guests are welcomed, greeted, and provided with all the information and assistance they need to begin their adventure. It is the duty of the Park Hosts to ensure that each guest has that “wow” experience right from the start.
This is a seasonal position. The Park opens for the 2023 season April 15th and runs through November 12th, 2023. The park is open to the General Public weekends and holidays and by appointment for large groups on weekdays (Typically 9am-2pm). The park is open 7 days/week from mid-June-Labor Day Weekend. Candidates should have a flexible schedule with both weekday/evening and weekend availability. Shifts are available in the mornings or afternoons everyday of the week in the summer. Candidates with flexible schedules and a lot of availability will be highly preferred.
Trail Monitors are the eyes and ears of the TreeTop Adventures Course. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of all TreeTop Adventures guests as well as provide assistance on the trails and guidance where needed. It is the duty of the Trail Monitor to ensure that each guest has an enjoyable, memorable, and safe experience.
This is a seasonal position, with part-time/full-time hours available from mid-April to mid-November. Candidates should have a flexible schedule with weekday and weekend availability. Preference and more hours given to candidates who can work both weekday and weekend shifts.
Supervisors ensure that each guest has an enjoyable, memorable, and safe TreeTop Adventure. Supervisors both perform Trail Monitor duties and supervise Trail Monitors in the Park. Trail Monitors are the eyes and ears of the TreeTop Adventures Park, ensuring the safety and well-being of all TreeTop Adventures guests as well as providing assistance on the trails and guidance where needed. Starting wage is $16/hour. Multiple positions are available.
Supervisors will also, on an as needed basis, supervise the front office activities – customer reservation check-in and phone/email inquiries performed by Park Hosts. In situations where the Assistant Managers are not on location, Supervisors will temporarily run all aspects of the Park including opening or closing the park.
This is a seasonal full-time position. Candidates should have a flexible schedule with both weekday/evening and weekend availability. The fall season runs Late July – November. Candidates that are available full time for the Fall are highly preferred.
